GridSupport Ticket System |
GS Ticket System is based on WATS - WebAmoeba Ticket System by James Kennard. It is written completely on MVC principle. Better to play around with both GSTS and WATS to find what you are really need. WATS may be implemented in forum case - you can create the discussion about something you are interested in, and GSTS built on question-answer basis. Anyway, i hope, that this component will be useful for someone like me. For more details see About section in the Back-End or changelog.txt.
